Super Bavaria also bring the trophy

Incredible! Exceptional! Fantastic! Bayern has actually done it and won the first team in the history of German football, the triple! After the Bavarians had been brought in recent weeks, the German Cup and the Champions League in Munich, it snapped on Saturday night now even the DFB Cup - with a deserved but hard fought 3-2 (1-0) victory Olympic Stadium in Berlin against VfB Stuttgart.

75,420 spectators succeeded Thomas Mueller (37th) in a fast-paced, entertaining final penalty taken by the management for Bayern. After the break (48) Mario Gomez now increased for the vastly superior Bayern quickly to 2-0. A little later (60th) put Gomez by another goal. Martin Harnik (71, 80) makes it exciting again. In the end, however, cheered the Bavarians!

It was the 16th DFB-Pokal victory in the history of FC Bayern - and the first for coach Jupp Heynckes, who was celebrated in his last match on the bench by the fans of FC Bayern again with chants. Heynckes is only the fourth coach ever, which managed the feat of winning both as a player and as a coach this competition.
